Gilusad sa Lokal nga Kagamhanan sa Iligan ug Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) , ang Project SAFE (Systematic Action for the Empowerment Against OSAEC) pinaagi sa usa ka seremonyas sa pagpirma sa Memorandum of Agreement. 

Kini nga programa gatinguha nga mapanalipdan ang mga batan-on gikan sa online sexual abuse ug exploitation.

Pinaagi sa Project SAFE, ang mga survivors nga na-reintegrate sa komunidad, makadawat og educational assistance: PHP 3,000 kada quarter alang sa elementarya, PHP 5,000 kada quarter alang sa high school, ug PHP 8,000 kada quarter alang sa college/vocational/technical nga mga estudyante. 

Alang sa 2025, ang mga pilot areas naglakip sa 23 ka estudyante sa Angeles City, 26 sa Cebu City, ug 26 sa Iligan City. 

Mitambong sa MOA signing silang Ramel F. Jamen, Regional Director sa DSWD Field Office X, Evelyn S. Madrio (Head sa CSWD), Kevin Antonio Bumagat (Project Team Leader), Darlene R. Dancel (Division Chief), Police Lt. Col. Atty. Michelle S. Olaivar, ug mga representante gikan sa mga barangay.
