Gimando sa tanang cable ug utility companies sa pagpatuman sa color-coding, pagbutang og saktong mga marka, ug pagmintinar sa ilang mga linya dinhi sa Iligan. Kini base sa gi-aprubahan sa konseho nga ammendment sa City Ordinance No. 11-5685, o "Anti-Dangling Wire Ordinance of Iligan City." 

Duna sab silot sa mga kompanya nga dili motuman. Tinguha sa ordinansa nga mamintinar ang safety sa publiko ug ang kahapsay sa siyudad.

Giduso ang ordinansa ni Councilor Marlene L. Young, Committee Chairperson on Energy, ug gisuportahan ni Councilor Thomas Derrick Siao isip maoy Committee Chairperson sa Public Works and Infrastracture ang maong ordinansa.
