PEZA to Lead NSC Property & New Opportunities for Iligan!

Gusto nako i-share kaninyo ang mga nindot nga balita gikan sa atong official travel sa Manila. Kauban nato ang atong City Legal Officer, Atty. Bert Padilla, nakig-meeting kita sa Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) led by Director General Tereso O. Panga.
💼 Unsa may plano sa NSC Property?
Klarohon nato: our goal is to find the best path forward para sa NSC. This isn't just about "reviving" the old plant, but about opening the property to proper and serious investors who can bring real development to Iligan.
Sa atong diskusyon, the PEZA will now take the lead sa pagpangita og mga world-class investors. Dili lang sila ang motabang kanato, apil usab ang:
• National Development Company (NDC): Ang investment arm sa atong gobyerno.
• Maharlika Investment Corporation (MIC): Sila ang mo-assist pinaagi sa Maharlika Funds aron ma-pondohan ang development sa NSC area ug maka-attract og dagkong capital investments.
🤔 Nganong importante ni sa mga Iliganon?
Dili lang ni basta "yuta." This is a huge opportunity for our city! Once we find the right investors—be it for manufacturing, industrial hubs, or technology—it means:
✅ Dugang Trabaho para sa atong mga skilled workers.
✅ Economic Growth – Mas molig-on ang atong lokal nga negosyo.
✅ Higher Revenues – Aron mas daghan tag pondo para sa mga serbisyo publiko.
Dili kita mohunong hangtod dili nato makita ang tinuod nga pag-asenso niining maong asset sa atong dakbayan. Panahon na nga mapuslan ang NSC Property para sa kaayohan sa tanan.
